[問題] is other lang convertion allowed?

am I allow to translate wog to other lang. i.e. english , simplified chinese ? or there is already have those version to download ?

不過英文就困難了
除了程式要翻譯之外
最麻煩的地方在資料庫裡面的資料

so , I would like to know in your new version are you going to seperate the program from the text display ? using mathod like lang.php.inc (php-bb is a good example) so , it will make everyone much easier to translate it to other lang , and after it become english , many ppl could translate it to others.

I think that data in database could be translate easily by program, main bit is the text between codes
